Roger A. Fine, P.L.S.
– President and Owner Roger has been a Registered Land Surveyor since 1981. His daily duties include contractual agreements and administration, assigning personnel to projects, and managing the overall progress of the work. Roger is our lead contact for clients, contractors, and municipalities. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Prior to joining Fisher & Associates, Roger managed the survey department of a large consulting firm in Indianapolis for 10 years. Roger is a member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, and the state and local chapters of the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
Kyle Betz, P.E., .L.S.
– Manager of Engineering / Project Surveyor Kyle is a Professional Engineer and a Land Surveyor registered in Indiana. Kyle has been with John E. Fisher & Associates, PC since September of 2004 and has over 8 years of experience in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering. He is a 1999 graduate of Purdue University, with a Bachelor of Science in Land Surveying Engineering. Kyle is responsible for the day to day operation of engineering tasks related to the design of residential and commercial development and infrastructure. Engineering responsibilities include: project design and development, engineering calculations, research, estimating, preparation of reports, specifications and construction documents. Kyle is also a lead contact for clients, contractors, and municipalities. Surveying responsibilities include operation of field crews; contact for construction staking activities; preparation of ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, boundary surveys, site plans, and topographic and utility surveys; preparation of plats, legal descriptions and drawings. Kyle is a member of the state and local chapter of the Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors. Richard Johnson – Field Party Chief Richard has been a survey party chief for over 30 years, all of them with the Fisher companies. His daily duties include coordination and performance of nearly all field survey work related to surveys and construction layout. |
